Redknee, a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, today announced that Bakrie Telecom (BTEL), a leading Indonesian telecom service provider, is extending its Redknee prepaid Unified Rating and Charging System (URCS) to include postpaid subscribers.
