LAHORE: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has recently received many complaints that people were “losing their mobile phone balance†to tricksters, PTA deputy director (Public Relations) Khurram Mehran told Daily Times on Tuesday.
Almost all cell phone companies are nowadays, providing the facility of balance transferring via short massaging service (SMS) and the facility of voice mail service through different commands. However, with increasing number of fraudulent cases, cell phone operators were planning to block the numbers involved in such cases.
